Our women empowerment group was founded in 2014. Dedicated and devoted to creating a well supported village and diverse sisterhood, using empowerment, motivation, and encouragement​. We are passionate about pouring knowledge and wisdom into one another to help add  self growth, the ability to make rational  effective decisions, and the right to influence social changes for themselves, and others. This program also help add value to leadership, followership, and mentorship skills for personal characteristic growth.  

We also focus on spiritual growth developing a stronger connection and relationship with God. 

 

In order to be a Big Sister (mentor) with our Organization you must first be a member of the program for at least 180 days (6 months). The decision to be a mentor here at B.O.T.B Inc. is determined by your overall  performance as a member of the group.
