In 2014, our Founder/ CEO Nicole, Donquita Peacock BA MBA, started with a vision for Women's Empowerment, having annual women conferences, motivating and empowering women to become community leaders, business owners, grow through their pain, and mentors. In October of 2016 Nicole's vision, to mentor girls in the Metro Atlanta surrounding areas was a dedication, guiding young women to utilize their passion, in pain and obstacles, to reach their purpose in life.
